KFC Newport IOW - The Furlongs — Restaurant in England

Me, my boyfriend and my diabetic mother went to this fast food chain 20 minutes after they opened in hopes to get fresh, well cooked food and good quick service, but we didn't get anything of the sort.

The service was shocking, we asked for 3 meals with 1 side, drink and dip each, not only did they give us the wrong sides and dips and one was missing pop corn chicken but they gave my diabetic mother a Full fat Pepsi! which she had a sip of, the drinks tasted so bad she didn't notice at first, luckily she is okay.

Now secondly the customer assistant was fairly rude and and after going back for the first time and saying you have us the wrong stuff and a regular sizes he said "well you payed for what you got." The second time I went up he was more rude and gave me a free chips (under cooked) The third time my mother went up with the full fat Pepsi and explained she was diabetic and they just gave her a diet Pepsi and didn't seem to care much about the health concerns of a...

Went to this restaurant today ordered KFC bucket for one with corn side + latte Food came quickly with good service 2 stars Firstly the chips - stone cold returned them immediately as they were first eaten (immediately replaced) with hot chips 👍 My coffee also was luke warm with half coffee half froth - can I be bothered 👎 To finish I tried the corn after all how can this not better a evening out……well mainly yellow in colour after biting into this small cob it tastes stewed looking at this remaining cob it was grey/green colour. Need to put people on who know what there doing, went in drive through only me and one other car, i sat at speeker to order! sat there as rain came down and sat and sat and sat i got wet couldn't shut window as can't order with window down so arm and car and leg got very wet from the rain. I then got a girl, who was it seams new left on her own not sure what i was asking for, so i still got wet as took some time, I drove to the next window found it was the same girl, trying to take order and take payment at same time.
