Rest Awhile — Restaurant in England

Myself, a pensioner, and my daughter went for lunch today. The 2 of us ordered Scampi. Came out rock solid and over cooked. We Politely asked for one of them to be replaced. Waitress was polite and took it back to the chef. The chef bought out a new portion which looked completely different to the first. He began making nasty comments about us ‘moaning’; leant across the table and got very close our faces in an intimidating manor. When we went to pay, after feeling very uncomfortable and mentioned it to the lady at the till. She then became incredibly rude, raising her voice at us both when we had been very polite. Then the chef came back and started raising his voice at us too. The lady then told me to leave and that I was banned from the cafe. I have been going there for many years and am very upset but...

Hello, I am new in the area been looking for a place to buy my take away food I been googling many place which is come back with a very good review so I went there and having my first order Firstly food wasn’t what I been expecting it was tasting like juts warm up in microwave, Secondly there is a guy which he was very rude I was explaining my self about the food and he just says he don’t care you can go somewhere else bye bye,
