KFC — Restaurant in England

Ive had a few bad experiences with this particular restaurant over the course of the last few months and have decided enough is enough and will not go in any more. Earlier last year I had to personally reprimand a member of staff for swearing (repeatedly using the f word) in front of my children and other children. This is completely unacceptable in a family restaurant. Other parents also complained about the behaviour of the same member of staff. I take my kids here every week after school on a Wednesday and sick of having to clean our own tables on every visit as they are all dirty, whilst one member of staff was sat down stuffing her face with KFC. The staff are chavy looking, scruffy, never smile and never say thankyou, they just grunt when handing over the order and look so miserable. There is often food missing, and when youve taken the order home, it is very annoying. My last visit was today and it will definitely be the last at this restaurant, as I encountered a bad experience with a member of staff. I ordered a large boneless banquet meal and there was hardly any chips in the carton. I went straight back to the drive through and stated the problem, a young blonde haired girl told me that I must of eaten some before I returned!!! The absolute cheek of it!! I explained that I am a taxi driver and was in my cab at the time of ordering and on a shift. i explained to her that I am very busy and does she really think I would waste time coming back to the que with another 6 cars in front, the rest of my meal going cold to defraud KFC of a few chips? I did it because last time they skimped very badly on my daughters meal and she hardly had any chips. When you pay £7.29 for a single large meal, you expect the cartons not to be half full. Ho and another thing, they dont care about packing your meal, they just throw it all in the bag, so the gravy is upside down, and other items spill out everywhere in the bag!!! Never been to such a bad all -round eating establishment in my life. Ill go to the one on Preston New road in future.. at least they have...

I don’t know why we bother! We ordered a 2 Burger and 2 fries meal and added 2x pieces of chicken. Delivery was quite quick. We got 2x chicken fillets instead which we could live with and the burgers to their credit were nice. But there were NO signature fries!!! I mean who gets burgers without fries! I called -it rang out after about a min and on the 4th call was finally connected to someone who did NOT give a toss!!!! He said he couldn’t send the driver out again and suggested we contact just eats for a refund. Appalling! If they can’t be bothered quality checking their orders we won’t be ordering from them again!!!! What a proper load of tosh response from KFC! Firstly How about taking some accountability for such poor service and quality. Secondly and probably more importantly- JUST EATS DELIVERED MY FOOD. AT NO POINT DID THEY GO BEHIND THE FOOD COUNTER AND PICK MY ORDER, NOR DID THEY CHECK THE ORDER WAS RIGHT! That is not their job - it is your staffs and therefore your job! Why would they refund me for your mistake????? Way to go at passing the buck as you have done for all the people who are giving you...

KFC Devonshire Road, Blackpool, serves really good food! After ordering a delivery through Deliveroo, my order arrived safely & straight on time. The delivery driver was extremely polite when leaving the food at my door. My food was packaged very well & at a good temperature! The position sizes were generous & so tasty! Tbh, I made the take-out last over three nights! (Which is safe to do when refrigerated). Everything tasted really good over this space of time! My order was a box of chicken fillets, two portions of mash, one corn on the cob & one portion of gravy. The price was reasonable.
