VERY RUDE WOMAN SERVING. WILL NOT BE GOING AGAIN. ALSO REFUSED YOUNG MOTHER OF TWO SMALL CHILDREN HOT WATER TO FEED BABY. VERY AGGRESSIVE! THEN SHE WAS SO NASTY AND AGGRESSIVE TO THE WOMAN'S SMALL CHILD TELLING THEM TO "GET AWAY FROM THE DOOR!" IT UPSET AND ANGERED ME, MY SISTER AND REALLY UPSET MY 6 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WHO ALSO WITNESSED IT ALL. I AM APPALLED. WOMAN NEEDS SACKING. THEN PROCEEDED TO GANG UP ON THE MOTHER ALONG WITH THE MEMBERS OF STAFF FROM THE STATION WHO WERE ALSO AGGRESSIVE WHEN MY SISTER EXPLAINED WHAT WENT ON STATING THAT MOTHERS SHOULD COME PREPARED, BASICALLY STATING WOMAN WAS A BAD MOTHER. I didn't have any food on this occasion.but always pop in for a drink while I am here. I usually have a cold drink as its to hard to for me to ask for my coffee how I personally like it .so the young lad who helped me was absolutely brilliant nothing too much trouble.he made it for me and I failed to say I didn't like frothy milk but I said it would be OK then next minute he came over with a different coffee and said I think this might suit you he made me an americano half of one shot with milk it was perfect so now I know what to ask for. He was called Lewis really lovely nothing to much trouble so I will be back for hot drinks now I know what I'm asking for clean warm and coffee what more does a lady need 😀 thank you...
