Went with my mum and friends (husband and wife) Friday 6th October till Monday 9th 2023 what a lovely friendly hotel very clean and comfortable the other guests were brilliant had a great laugh and the hosts perfect friendly professional and made us feel extremely welcome nothing was any trouble the single rooms just perfect bathroom was immaculate and the hosts Alison cooked a very good full English breakfast you could choose whatever you fancied and ( Darren the husband) was the perfect front of house the bar was really good and reasonably priced and a choice of snacks would definitely recommend this Hotel 💯💯💯💯💯 and a great location going to re book for...

Cannot fault the hosts, they are polite, welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is nice too. Rooms are a little old fashioned but are typical for Blackpool. They are clean and have comfortable beds. The bar is well priced and has a good selection of drinks. The location lets it down a little as it is incredibly noisy. The road the hotel is situated on is a rat run and see's an awful lot of traffic throughout the night and early morning. When we stayed there was an awful lot of building work taking place opposite with a skip been filled from 7am every morning. There is very limited street parking...

Lovely hosts, great food, nicely presented rooms. Bathroom on the small side but not an issue for us. Rooms are clean and fresh, decor in both our rooms was modern and beds very comfy. Location is good for Tower and arcades, North and Central Blackpool Short tram ride to pleasure Beach and sandcastle. Large multi storey car park just 2 mins walk away which is reasonably priced and has an attendant most of the day.
