Without a doubt the worst takeaway we've ever used . Firstly they use a different name on Uber eats to the real name of the shop but the service is an absolute joke. Ordered through Uber eats, way over an hour to arrive and as you would guess the food was absolutely stone cold . Not the type to re,heat food that's been paid for so went in the bin. The shop was called and answered by somebody that could hardly speak a single word of the queens English. Had to argue with the guy on the phone for at least 15 mins to make him semi understand that we wanted a fresh order sending out to us . He complained he had to many orders to deal with . Another order was sent out wrong and yet again still took the same amount of time to get here and as you could guess !!! Freezing cold . Really didn't have the energy or patience for another pointless call to the shop so money wasted and cooked for ourselves. This is not exaggerated at all , so yourselves a massive favour and avoid the place at all costs . Should be thrown off Uber Eats if not for the crappiest service ever but also running under a different name like they are dodging an already poor reputation!!! Just to add , Sicilian square pizza doesn't Even exist on company's house and after a Google search we found a page that stated the Sicilian name was closed on Uber eats in August... The mind...

Ordered online, first of all the takeaway had contacted us saying they couldn’t do the milkshakes we had ordered which was fine! The takeaway arrived abt 40 minutes after that call and the milkshakes had arrived.. when my partner went to the kitchen with the takeaway there was flies in the straw of the milkshakes. I felt genuinely ill and the pizzas we had ordered come thin as paper? End review… disgusting and disappointing. Tried disputing for a refund but...
