Margao is an excellent independent Indian restaurant serving an innovative and well thought out menu along with some fabulous, traditional, south Asian dishes that are superbly cooked and then served by attentive staff. Its clearly a family run business rather than a chain and this really shows in the care and attention that goes into the cooking, the service and the quality of the ingredients used. I had the Lamb Handi and it was truly delicious and its one of those dishes that is hard to find in your average, run of the mill Indian restaurant.
