Mario's Pizza (Royal Wootton Bassett) — Restaurant in England

Someone that works for this pizza place is giving it a very bad name and reputation. Ordered a pizza, the guy on the phone was very dull with his words and very rude , not asking for payment at end of convo and putting phone down on me , rang them back up and said you put the phone down on me for the guy to then say no you hung up on me , why would I hang up on you if im ordering food from you 😂, and then just bad attitude from then on , I've wanted to make a few complaints for a while for the bad phone manners and attitude but this review should do the trick! Hope you see this Mario!...

Food has always been to a good standard however the last couple of orders have been going downhill.

I received three shish kebabs, with multiple pieces of burnt chicken. The chips was really nice though!

My last order, I waited over an hour for it to arrive (despite living very very local) and when it arrived the driver informed me they had ran out of chicken so provided a donor kebab instead. I refused the delivery as it’s not something we’d eat. If they had bothered to pick up the phone to say they’ve ran out of chicken, we’d have ordered something else we’d actually eat...

I completely agree. However, not only is the food well below standard, very below any food Health and Hygiene standard likewise, the staff seem to be allowed to get away with it. Mario has been in Wootton Bassett for a number of years now but it would seem 'He', has taken his eye off the ball. I remember when 'Mario's' was the First and 'Only', Pizzaria in town. Was phaps expexcting Salads.ftesh food....from a quality person but unfortunately it has turned into.....from from the fryer to your plate. Minging and nothing in the foodage or staff. Such a shame....
