McDonald's — Restaurant in England

Very poor experience. They were not coping and because food snd drinks come from different sources within the restaurant there is no cohesion and it doesn’t take a lot to know off the Quality and Service aspects of their customer vision. I had to reorder my breakfast muffin because the recipe was wrong. Food was literally thrown together. Coffees sitting on the side for 10 minutes or more. The order itself took 20 minutes to deliver and it was bit like waiting for something at Argos. Won’t use again. They were completely out of control and service fell apart as a result. The main problem with McDonalds new modus operandi is that with the old ‘bin’ system they could relate products to customers and delivery much faster. Now they have to track individual ingredients based on footfall (much more difficult task) and if you run out of one cooked ingredient you can’t make certain items. That is what happened here. I find consistency between restaurants suffers astonishingly. Also not enough hand washing...

As you have decided to not answer the phone I am writing my review here. When you come to McDonald's you expect a standard of service. So why is it you don't give out butter with pancakes and why is it you also miss the syrup. But today you went the extra mile. Not only did my daughter see her food sitting for over 7 mins whilst staff were talking about their social life's to then get her pancakes and to check if there was syrup as she knows full well its not going to be there. To have to go back to the counter to not even get an apology but a dirty look instead because she interpreted their chat about college life.To then get to work to find no cutlery? She didn't feel she could return after the hostile response when getting the syrup. She had to eat with her hands. Also again no butter but she doesn't eat butter with pancakes but I am sure others do. Plz...

7.20pm, I was standing around the counter in a grey blazer black trousers, whilst the whole McDonald’s team in the front are just laughing and chatting away to one another instead of taking care of active orders. My order came up and went off screen, I can clearly see my order sitting there whilst they are chatting away. I was just seeing how long it would take them… to see the bag just sitting on the side by the drinks. mcdonald’s, you have the date and time stamp, have a look! Sorry to be a Karen, but this is enough to make anyone mad! I was going to ask for new food that was warmer, but I didn’t go that far. Usually the branch is ok, I’m a fan of relaxed employees but it wasn’t busy when I ordered (no orders on screen whilst I waited, but they had no problem taking and finishing new orders quickly) so there’s no excuse for...
