McDonald's — Restaurant in England

Update 1* !!!!!!! PLEASE READ !!!!!!!! I been visiting regularly as i visit the cinema most days each week now im going to haft to visit Brislington McDonald's i really dont know what the issue is but the amount of flies by the counter and you can see them flying around food in the kitchen they are crawling over the order machines over the walls bins and you got to keep hitting them away when they keep landing on you its getting worse each time it is grose and serious food hygiene issue i really advise visiting a different McDonald's as you could potentially get really unwell here its only a matter of time until someone does get unwell difficult to get decent photos but as soon as you walk in they are everywhere!

Original 3* The original layout worked so much better now having the machines and counter by entrance when buisy you got to try get threw everyone crowding around the entrance even to just get to a table

When i been the last few times there is 2 security guards that stand at counter and constantly telling people to move its the only McDonald's that i experience this any other that has security they are normally just wondering around so they there to deal with anything but not making you feel uncomfortable to make or collect a order

Now the most important part putting mirrors on the ceiling above the till and machines you can see the pin people put in when paying by card im not sure who thought this was a good ideal but would recommend...

It was all a bit rubbish really.!Very disappointing. A costly and unpleasant experience. We ordered a delivery through the McDonalds app. Part of he order was wrong; a burger who was supposed to have no mustard, onions or gherkins on it had all. Three. You can’t just scrape it off and eat it because it leaves a residue that makes it taste unpleasant to those who don’t like these things that burger was inedible and we couldn’t swap because both burgers were the same. The hot and cold drinks were packed side by side in the same bag compromising the temperature of both drinks. All the food was stone cold and judging by the speed at which the delivery arrived and the temperature of the food; I would guess it was probably prepared in advance of orders rather than freshly to order. Customer services were unhelpful and want to pass responsibility for their failing on to Uber. They said if we wanted a refund we would have to take it up with Uber since they were the delivery service and they only refund click and collect at Customer services. However you can’t blame the Uber driver who arrived before the appointed time for mistakes on the order and for food which should have arrived hot given the time frame and the insulated carton he used to bring it. I ordered £13 worth of stuff for myself 1 burger, cheese bites and a mcflurry. When ordering I had 3 uber drivers decline my order (Not really McDonalds fault bit still adds up) Finally I had someone pick it up as well as someone else's to which the driver went to them first. When I opened the door 1 hour later, adding to that I was estimated a 20-30 minute wait, and he had two big bags full of food and handed it to me then walked away without a chance for me to say anything as if he knew that he gave the the other persons order which consisted of 3 burgers, 1 wrap, 2 mcflurrys, 2 large fries and a water. To say the least I was looking forward to the food after I got home from work but I could eat any of the food that came except from the ice creams fries and water which was fine as usual but nothing special. The food felt cold and fries were freezing. Every time there has been something wrong with the food without fail. I once had one burger with only one bun and my sister didn't even have any buns on the burger! I think I've even got food poisoning from McDonalds after having it for the first time in around 7 years a year ago somehow but I'm not 100% certain. Safe to say Ill be staying away from McDonalds Delivery for a fair while. I got a full refund instantly when reporting though so its not all bad but this "bad" could have...
