Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in England

Came in for ultimate fish & chips last friday, when I first arrived here I was with my school 6 years ago and suffered burns to my hand, quick thinking of these guys got a ice pack and still scouldered my hand, arrived on Friday 22nd November for usual fish and chips the other Friday which can't remember the date had one lovely lady called Clare who served me then had someone who was arrogant and did not look like she bothered working here, came in again and was served by her this time and didn't ask if I wanted beans or peas just assumed I wanted peas which was fine but really should of asked first before going ahead which she also left me 3 sauces on the table last friday without asking me which one i wanted, she done it again then asked can i only have ketchup and she answered me back with "Its there" said yeah i only would like the ketchup then answered me back in a rude manner, again same word so i answered i did say I only want the ketchup not the others I only would like the ketchup and like another one then answered so you don't want the other two I said no which was what I was trying to say which I found very rude and service was atrocious but Clare is lovely always has a smile on her face! Service however is usually top notch, usually takes around 15-20 minutes to cook the food and there always tasty which is why I always come here for fish and chips, I'm currently deciding if I shall continue visiting here for lunch or...

Not much choice of sandwiches, ordered 2 small breakfasts . Food was ok but not really hot. Person on till was pleasant but they seemed short staffed as they normally are and he had to leave till to take out orders, meanwhile customers were waiting to be served. We always used to use morrissons cafe but now I'd rather pay more and get better service etc. Such a shame as staff are always friendly...

Undercooked snotty eggs on both our plates. Egg shell on one plate, undercooked odd tasting bacon all like warm and not very accommodating staff for dietary requirements.
