We stumbled on this restaurant by chance as we’re meeting friends for dinner and High Wycombe was a midway point. Haven’t been there in years so finding parking was tricky with the traffic system but best tip is park in the Swan parking then a two minute walk. The restaurant only opened in December 2023 and is huge with a modern decor and a very warm welcome. Our waiter was attentive and helpful with the menu and suggestions of what to choose. We had a selection of starters including the hot mezze, lambs liver, Russian Salad and falafel. With the meal they also bring Turkish bread which is the perfect combination with the starters. Main courses we only chose two between 4 and it was more than enough. A mixed grill and a Chicken dish cooked in the oven similar to a Moussaka. The Turkish white wine which is their house wine was the perfect combination with the food as were their in house cocktail. I recently dined at Olive Tree and had a mixed experience. The restaurant serves delicious food and excellent waiter service, but unfortunately, the male floor manager in a white shirt tarnished our experience.

We arrived promptly at 5:30 PM, but our food didn't arrive until 6:25 PM, which was a considerable wait. Additionally, we were asked to leave the restaurant at 6:50 PM, which felt rushed and unwelcoming. Had we not been asked to leave just 20 minutes after receiving our food, the rating would have been higher.

The food quality was impeccable, and the waitstaff was attentive and friendly throughout our meal. However, the abruptness of being asked to leave overshadowed the positive aspects of our dining experience.
