The Antelope — Restaurant in England

I used to like it a lot when I was at uni. Was absolutely awesome. I visited somewhat regularly last year because of all the good memories and really like a couple of the staff members. As weird as it made sound, some recent interactions with one of the newly hired rude, nasty, offensive bar-girls made me absolutely hate the thought of going back there... Might go back there to check if she is still there at some point but for the moment, one person absolutely ruins it for me.

What the hell has happened to the Lope?!?! I moved from Wycombe ten or so years ago, visiting periodically. It's been a little while since my last visit, but finally made it back and headed to the old faithful. However, it's been ruined. It's still the same on the outside, and got the same 'dive bar' appearance upon entry, but the Antelope I knew and loved end there. It was dead inside, the garden empty. The soul of this place is entirely missing. Probably won't ever be back....

Great little outdoor set up for bands to play. It seemed a bit disorganised at the inside bar though. All the pumps were being changed just as people stared coming in. Then the card machine went down. We also seemed to be charged different prices for the same beer at different times. I was overlooked for service at the bar four times as well. But I would still go back for the interesting cover bands...
