We stopped for ice-cream which was very lovely however the change we received was incorrect including being given a obviously fake 2p coin. Upon noticing said mistake my mum went up to politely amend said mistake with the ladies serving, she was met with a very passive aggressive attitude stating that customers should check the change as soon as they are given it. On top of that another member of staff found it appropriate to whisper to the staff member dealing with the issue that my mum was lying.
