Nosh & Breks — Restaurant in England

Ordered at 11:00 knowing it can sometimes be very busy and orders can take a while to be delivered...but this morning was next level now 12:50 and no food has arrived...called the restaurant for they said it was on the way....15 minutes later Still no food! Called again oh sorry we've closed now and no orders are going out!! Why accept the order if you can't fulfill it? So nearly 2 hours wait for them not to even bother making the order! Wouldn't mind but to be told twice its out for delivery when it's not is just...

Proper breakfast and brunch café. Good portions. Never disappointed with the service or quality of the food. Not too many of these old school cafes left. Just right as it is. Had a breakfast this morning.. Think the owner has changed. Still, food is good. Eating area always spotless. Enough daily papers for everyone. Lovely staff, but need to up their game a bit. Breakfast needs a facelift. Just not the quality ingredients people expect in 2021. Tinned mushrooms a no no. Low grade sausages need to be replaced with quality butchers sausages. Shop front needs to be more enticing from the outside so you can see in.,think survival will be difficult it they don't adjust.
