Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

The staff at Costa hibel road are top people, however their constant staff shortages means that to go for a coffee and something to eat before going shopping, is often met with a closed coffee shop, it save us money which in turn means you lose money. Myself and my partner called in for a drink and a hot chocolate drink. the till price was way far too expensive some £14.80. I sat down and proceeded to eat our sandwichs cheese and ham warmed up. Ducking hell my sandwich was ducking horrible I wanted to chuck it back to them but my partner was getting embarrassed while I was moaning about the cost etc. I want our money back but Caroline was not happy with me over our ordeal. my advice to you don't buy the sandwiches with plastic meat and horrible cheese. Im at home now and ive been to the toilet five times now with the urge to go again. What a nightmare be careful what you order...........

Top tier branch. The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly and service is always top notch. Most importantly, they can make a good coffee (not all branches can.) There's even a small library of books to read while you're having a drink and a bite. Even more, this branch is almost a community hub, with regulars who come to socialise and are welcomed. Apart from the mini library (dedicated to a regular who passed away) there are details of local events and activities. This branch is near where I have my car serviced and it sound sad, but I actually look forward to kicking back here for a bit while...
