One Star – Extremely Disappointed, Be Warned

I had a really bad experience staying at Hotel 15 in Chester. Upon arrival, the staff explicitly told me where I could park for free. I parked exactly where I was advised to, and they even saw me park there. A few weeks later, I received 2 parking fines

I’ve emailed the hotel twice over the past two months, hoping they would at least acknowledge the issue or help resolve it — but I’ve been completely ignored. Not a single response. Their lack of responsibility and poor customer service has been shocking.

In the end, I’ve had to pay the fine myself, which was about the same cost as the hotel stay. Essentially, I’ve paid double for one night, all because of their bad advice and refusal to engage afterwards.

Great bar to visit on the weekend if your in Chester for the weekend or a night out Closes at 8pm during the week . Plenty of choices of beer cocktails and spirits 😀 😊 😉 👌 . Great place to watch the football ⚽️ loads of TVs . Great sound aswell . Daff are helpful and friendly. There's also karaoke on Saturday night which makes a difference to the atmosphere after the football finishes. I loved it I sang 4 songs and had 2 duets with another table aswell. All in all a very welcoming place and pleasant crowd to mix with. Oh and I forgot to mention that they have amazing rooms to stay in aswell. Boutique rooms . Call to ask availability. They are room only . But there are many places for breakfast. ...

Last orders called at 7:30pm on a Thursday. After enquiring trading hours are until 7.30pm Monday to Thuursday, since the pandemic!!!! Contradicting the hours on Google. But they quote "haven't had chance to update them" Apparently, they do stay open for regulars after the revised closing time. So, move to a Chester postcode if you wish to frequent during the week....
