O'Neill's Northampton — Restaurant in England

Drinks are nice but the food service is terrible. There were six of us, just about all of us had something wrong with our food, the biggest points are. Meet feast pizza ordered two - first one had no extra sauce that was paid for, half way through my friend found a chicken bone in his pizza! The chicken on the pizza is diced not shredded so how?? Worst till it looked like the bone has been nibbled on or from someone shredded meal. The second meat feast pizza had no chicken on it at all. Nacho's was sent back because they forgot the chicken on top, came back with minimal chicken on it. Took a while for the food to come out when it did two meals came out first and had to wait bout 10 mins for the rest of the food so we could all eat together but then the first two meals were cold. We didn't want dessert there, but our pregnant friend really want donuts so ordered some for her said it will take 10 mins. Some of us went to smoke came back ordered more drink finished the drinks and still no donuts. When it came we had to go, when we were ready enjoy it the disappointment had followed us home. The donuts was smothered in cinnamon to cover the burnt taste. You could remove clams of cinnamon that how much they put on it. There service was shocking all round they didn't even bring us enough cutlery for 6. Not even once did someone asked how the food was or if everything was ok with it. 2 stars as the drinks were nice. If you do go there hope you have a better experience...

Before I start, if you visit here please use the app to order your food. I say this because we went as a group of five, we ordered our food at the bar, we sat down, the people behind us had finished putting thier order in on the app, another table also arrived and did the same, well......... the people on the next table had thier food, had eaten it and some of them had left and we were still waiting for our food. When we ordered the food we were told that there would be a 30minute wait, fair enough, it happens, it was just coming up to nearly an hour, when I went to ask if our food was going to be ready soon, she told me it would be a bit longer because a few orders had come in over the app, I explained our order had gone in before at least one or two of them so the lovely lady went to check. Ten minutes later our food arrived, one steak was hot on a piping hot plate, my steak, typical, was luke warm, the mushrooms, peas and tomato were also luke warm, but I had hot chips!!!!!! The gammon was lovely, the loaded chicken breast was warm and lovely, the fish was so so. I don't think I would go out of the way to eat here again, the food was tasty even if it wasnt warm for me, but I will not be forced to have yet another app on my phone just to have my food put on the table in a reasonable amount of time. Staff couldn't be nicer Food terrible pub very quiet. Fish and chips barely warm and also 'soggy' after waiting so long I just wanted to eat and escape. However I was with my mother and imagined when presented her sausage and mash the 'chef' couldn't go wrong. My mother was presented with burnt sausages and a teaspoon, honestly, of gravy. She asked for more gravy and the server said no problem but looked quite embarrassed being sent back from the kitchen with the response " you can have more gravy but the CHEF said it's an extra 60 pence" the 60pence went straight back to the kitchen Great money spinner for 'chef' ? With such little day time foot custom I am shocked that your pleasant bar staff are let down by the kitchen Please please tell me this is not your company policy. At the present time I will not be visiting this establishment again. I await your response.
