Panache Fine Indian Restaurant — Restaurant in England

Ordered a meal from Panache in the just eat app, meal never arrived so I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager who said that the driver had picked it up, I asked if they could call the driver and find out where it was but the manager said it's nothing to do with them and they don't know who the driver was and did not even have a contact number for him, I asked if they would send another meal and I was told no it's not their problem and it happens all the time !! Appalling way to treat a customer.

I will say I have used this restaurant many times eat in and take away and the food was always ok and the service fine too but this is rediculous to just say it's not their problem and they just gave my food over to some random driver who they claim they did not know and have no contact with, I won't order...

First time visit and we were very pleased with our choice, because there are a LOT of Indian restaurants in the immediately area. The reviews and Scores On The Door of 5 is a huge plus for me. It was the Saturday night of the recent storm and it was lovely and warm inside. We had the Trio of Breads, PaneerSaagwala and one of the Lamb Chefs Specials and they made it hotter for me. Their selection of dips that accompanied the poppadoms were very tasty and the wine choice was very good. I would happily recommend this restaurant based on our visit only. It was a 15 minute walk from The Grand Atlantic Hotel where we were staying. Parking near the restaurant would be difficult based on the cars we saw outside of...
