Was a good place until last night I went in for a pint only for the barmaid to come up to me and told me I was banned she was very rude in the way she spoke to me when I told her that I haven't been in for a few weeks and I know her daughter as we are both on a mental health course together she said sorry I got you mixed up with someone else I've got learning difficulties and I felt the way that she spoke to me was very intimidating I've been going in there for a long time now with no problems until now I won't be going in again as I didn't like the way...

Regular customer for the last 2 years now, usually brilliant customer service by the owner and other staff apart one, older lady with white hair made us feel very intimidated and made me feel embarrassed in front of everyone on the bar and made me feel unwelcome in front of other customers, very unpleasant. But hey ho lets not ruin our time here because of one...

Amazing, we walked in here as strangers whilst on a 2 night visit to WSM, Andy and his regulars made us so welcome, we had a couple of drinks with them and such a laugh, back the next day we went and brilliant again, the owner (Andy, he might work 1 day!) staff and everyone else are unbelievable, good memories thanks...
