ZEERA essence of India — Restaurant in England

Had very negative experience tonight. I ordered their chicken Balti, but after a long wait they brought me completely the wrong order (a vegetable curry) , .was not even in a balti sauce and was without chicken..I called the waiter over and expected them to redo my order (sound fair enough?) but instead they brought me out seperate chicken pieces in another basic curry sauce, hurriedly made with no spice or flavour. and expected me then to mix it all together even though both sauces were completely different, neither were the originally ordered Balti. it was just like a bisto gravy verses a weak korma!!...i complained and instead of an apology i was challenged by the waiter to explain how I would make a balti?..and instead he continued to argue in front of my children ..i asked him politely to taste what they served me and also the chef. He simply declined to acknowledge my question, instead blindly insisting i was incorrect. I eat in restaurants all over the world and was really shocked by his rude, arrogant and argumentative response..the rest of the food was at best adequate and honestly i could have created more flavour with a jar of supermarket curry. Beautiful restaurant. Food looks nice but and there's a big BUT so apparently taste wise it was very average problem is that korahi we had there was barely any meat in there. Literally 4 small pieces of meat was there. We did called the waiter straight away before even taking any bites to show him there might be a mistake was made with the order. So the worst part was waiter was arrogant and was not helpful whatsoever he goes that's how it supposed to come. But in his word there should be nine pieces of meat but even after showing there was literally none he was showing attitude not helpful at all. I want to make something very clear it was not the waiter with black uniform it was the waiter with no uniform wearing t shirt. Because the waiter with uniform was very nice had a good chat with him. This was an absolute disaster of an experience. Please don't get deceived by the 4.4 stars they got, Allah knows how they got these reviews. Got interested seeing they cater Bangladeshi food, but sadly the menu is filled with photos from Google and in no way match to what they actually serve. We ordered 2 chicken biryani along with we were supposed to get two vegetable curries free. Also we ordered lamb makhani and Tandoori Prawn. What we got were one chicken and one lamb biryani; so they sent WRONG food. Everything was filled with sugar. The lamb makhani tasted like lamb korma and the vegetable curries had one or two vegetable pieces floating in it, the rest was just a broth. It seems like they are fooling the crowd of Weston which is mostly non-desi and don't know what these food are supposed to taste like. So so disgusted with the food, we had ordered takeaway and it was way too late, all the other shops were closed hence we had to end up eating that anyways. WILL...
