Pizza Go Go Leicester — Restaurant in England

Pizza Go Go in Leicester are an unassuming small takeaway pizzeria, from outside, but the pizzas & staff have always been great friendly, speedy & professional with their pizza making & service. Because the place is next to the bus stop, I've got a few takeaway pizzas from them now. When I've told them I'm waiting for the bus, they've always made sure to get the pizzas to me, just before I get the bus, which is perfect service. Their pizzas are delicious & well made from my experience, the owner & staff kind & friendly. I give them 5 stars overall, even though I've given 3 stars for the atmosphere, just because it's a small place with only 2 chairs, due to it primarily being for takeaway. I generally get vegetarian options, such as the hot vegetarian which are delicious. I've always found their pizzas perfect, & as someone with Italian blood, I can say I have high expectations of my pizzas. They Don’t even deserve 1 star, I rang them and ordered food an hour in advance and made it clear that me and my family were fasting and to make sure the food was ready for 845 at the very latest as we break our fast at 9. I arrived there at 855 to collect my food And the staff were sitting on the counter on their phones, when I had asked them where is my food order they said it’s not ready another 30 mins till it’s done and all the sudden they started running around to make the pizza, I was really discussed at this point and to make it worse they tried to LIE to me and say that it will take 25 mins then 20 mins then 15 mins just so I don’t walk away. My wife ordered a pizza, the delivery was fairly fast but that was the only positive. Yet the pizza was still only barely lukewarm. The garlic sizzler pizza that we ordered, did not have even the faintest hint of garlic about it, and the toppings were very sparse. It was more of a margarita.

It allegedly also contained chicken and peppers, which I must've seen about 1-2 of each item.

We also paid £1.80 for extra jalapenos, which we never received. When my wife confronted the owner, he was rude and argumentative, and told her to contact head office for a £1 refund.

Also the price we paid, did not match the online price.

I'd highly recommend steering clear of this place.
