Subject: Extremely Disappointing Experience – Uncooked Food & Poor Hygiene at Pizza Hut

I visited your store today to order two pizzas and a portion of wedges. Unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I waited over 45 minutes for the food to be ready, during which time I observed concerning behavior from a staff member. Instead of attending to the kitchen or ensuring orders were being properly prepared, he seemed more interested in taking a smoke break. Even more troubling, after returning from his break, he went straight back into the kitchen without washing or sanitising his hands.

When our order finally arrived, it was shockingly undercooked. As shown in the photos, both pizzas were raw in the middle, with uncooked cheese and toppings that were sliding off due to the soggy base. It was absolutely unacceptable, especially coming from a brand like Pizza Hut which I have previously associated with quality food and service.

When we approached the staff member to raise our concerns about the pizzas being undercooked, his response was both rude and confrontational. Rather than addressing the issue professionally, he outright denied there was a problem and eventually told us to "get out of the shop," even going so far as to accuse us of trespassing simply for expressing our dissatisfaction.

The restaurant itself was unclean and greasy, further contributing to a very unpleasant dining experience. I’ve never been treated this way before in a Pizza Hut, and I genuinely felt humiliated by the way we were handled.

I don’t usually write complaints, but I felt it was important to share this experience so that it can be addressed appropriately. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure future customers don’t face the same treatment.

I came to this pizza hut once and the plates they gave us hadn't been cleaned and after that I was poorly I've eaten at a pizza hut before and never had this experience this pizza hut was well below pizza hut standards plenty of staff there but not one of them cleaned the plates even my mate was poorly and me and my mate rarely get poorly I reported this to the manager and they said sorry if we didn't like the experience and said next time you can go to the other pizza hut other end of Blackpool I thought that was rude when staff was stood there...

What an absolute disgrace, mothers day and the wife chose pizza hut for tea. Went online to order from the south shore branch on waterloo road. Made our order, paid for the order, it said 35-45 mins, fair enough. An hour later nothing... tried the phone no. Not active like it's been left off the hook, tried different phone no. Exactly the same... waited longer, still nothing, now it's 8 p.m, went on to the bank, order refunded, no email, no phone call, nothing. Well done for ruining mothers day tea, you absolute disgrace, so...
