Pizza Hut Leicester Melton Rd — Restaurant in England

Rubbish delivery service. Ordered pizza at 9pm, called a few times at 10pm then 10:30, called to know where the delivery is they said it is on its way, nobody has come yet. Had a few people come over and we had to make other arrangements. It got delivered at 11pm, two hours it took them, the pizzas were cold, was not eatable at all! I said I’m not paying for a cold pizza. The delivery guy said ‘take it up with the office!’ Obviously this closes at 11… so far, Poor customer service when I called leading towards 11pm, they were just rushing to get out of work, no help at all as two different employees said the order is on its way.

Very misleading and false information. When the delivery guy came he was unprofessional, said in a very rude manner ‘give me back the pizzas then if you don’t want it’ and that was it, that was so rude, he didn’t say sorry for taking so long or be apologetic in any way towards me…

This is a shame and people need to know how they treat their customers at this establishment. I’m not happy at all, won’t be ordering anything from here...

Today i got so bad experience with melton road branch i tried to order online hut they just shuts their web due load of order when i rang them for enquiry why i was not able to ordered online and you are not delivering today so they said no we are not delivering today i gave order after that on phone I'm not driver I don't have a car when i go there for collecting my order their driver works today when i asked him about that they said no delivering today only collecting your order then i saw there driver there he is delivering and asked them so they said we can't deliver your pizza i asked them why you said on phone you are not delivering today but they delivering then i asked him can you please deliver it so they will do that but after half and hour soni said okay and left there comeback home my order is cold and i put in bin without eating anything there is no perfect cutting and as per free ice cream which is saw on order they gave different brand ice cream from now I refuse to take away from...

Honestly, I’ve never met a manager like him – he is a true credit to Pizza Hut. I’m not just satisfied, I’m extremely happy every single time I order here. Thank you, Usman, for making this takeaway shop feel like the best...
