Rangolee Sweet Centre — Restaurant in Great Britain

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. The customer service and the quality of food is awful and this has occurred on multiple occasions. Firstly the most recent experience where I went on monday to buy rotlis which I paid for in advance, where not ready so I waited for around 20 minutes and I tell them please give however many you have made as my daughter is getting late, they come out with cold rotlis from yesterday, around 10-15 bundles. So it wasnt even fresh. Secondly they went to my sisters workplace, to buy stuff, but started telling my sister off at her work, firstly why are they involving my sister and secondly why are they blaming us for their MISTAKES. This is silly, I cannot believe the type of disrespect this company has. Their staff are awfully rude, when my niece went to buy from there, they threw the change in her hand, have the staff not been trained on how to treat customers? Multiple times iI have been given uncooked puran puri and rotlo and once when i told them they said ‘i eat it like this’ so i said ‘have it in front of me then’ and they didnt, that is how you know they were wrong..

Not only this they replied to my review saying this ‘ you never been to shop how on earth you write this story . if you personal problem comedown to shop and discuss ....

Short Summary : In simple words, I found my heaven. I loved each and every bit of what i ate from them.

Using Deliveroo, I ordered the Special Thali and Gulab Jamun. The prices were very good and affordable. Now the food, OH MY BOY! I haven't tasted such good stuff in so long. For the Thali, I got rice (the quantity wasnt enough for me with all the curries), dal, paneer curry along with channa masala and a sweet and a salty snack which i felt like had similarities with Dhokla. Special mention for the simple but great dal/chana masala curry. Overall a great deal and the flavours were off the charts. I have not eaten good food like this in so long that this gave me nostalgic memories of home. The Gulab Jamun was also great. I unfortunately dont have any photos of the foods bcz i was busy eating everything. If you are looking for some good vegetarian flavours then this is the place.

Will be definitely trying the store one of these days to get to know more about the food available. I hope they keep doing...

I bought barfi (sweet) during 2nd Day of Navratri for God. I came home and offered to god and after offering had a bite it was so awful and so dry and hard. So, I went to the shop and returned it and they replaced me all the sweet and I told them please give me fresh as this is for prashadi (offering to god) but this time it was good but within next day I packed it in seal container and I didn’t know that one of barfi had fungus on it. Because they gave me the old one again.!!! The staff are so bad and don’t have any customer service.. The space is always so warm that had to stand outside to get fresh air pls get a ventilator to get...
