Pizza Hut — Restaurant in England

Went for a collection and delivery driver was very helpful. When trying the pizza at home it was very apparent that something was not right. While there was a little sauce on the pizza it was definitely not up to the normal standard we would normal expect from this branch.

We had rang pizza hut back and they were kind enough to arranged for a new pizza for us to collect.

When returning to the branch the guy on the counter quickly explain we had a pizza waiting. We explained what was wrong and he then challenged us that the amount of sauce was normal. I asked him after peeling back the cheese to give it a try to see if he can taste it. He then disappeared to fetch the manager.

The fun really started when the manager came. He asked us why there were only 3 slices left. We had to explain to him that we had children of our guests that needed feeding. He seemed to leave us with the impression that they should of went hungry why we returned the pizza. We had already said on our inertial call that some was eaten.

At this stage it seemed we were not getting a replacement hanged over until he said his piece. I had to say that this is not the quality that we have come to expect from this store. Surprisingly good response was well that's your claim. He then mentioned he made the pizza. I did wonder to my self that maybe that's why is was of poor quality. Managers would be managing not doing the real job.

The pizza was hanged over and the final words from the manager was next time not to eat any and take another journey to return it. I said I'll be using the other Northampton branch next time.

It's important to state that although this may have been a one time slip in quality, it's the magnets attitude which means that I won't be returning.

1 star is far too much. current manager is a rude, sarcastic, patronising, unhelpful, unapologetic, pathetic excuse of a man.

How you keep your job I have no idea, How you talk to people is disgraceful, Wow your branch got busy, funny how other companies get busy yet the managers now staff talk to customers like you spoke to me.

You are representing pizza hut, so how about you drop the attitude, learn some respect and actually be helpful being as you are the manager.

When we called to place the order the guy answering the phone had a problem understanding what we were requesting, I thought this a little strange as you would have thought someone with a good understanding of English would be important in such a role.

The order was for a plain cheese and tomato pizza, BBQ chicken wings, spicy chicken strips, cheese triangles and chips, hardly complicated? The spicy chicken strips never showed up, the pizza was cold and far too greasy, the chips were rock hard and tasted like cheap brand oven chips and the bbq wings were very small and covered in the thickest sauce possible.
