Absolutely disgusted with the service we had on the 16th Jan food took 2 hrs to get to us we ordered through the shop by telephone Food delivered was freezing cold 2 hrs later I rang to complain And was Informed my Order would be sent our again via a re delivery 11pm went to bed hungry no delivery of my food Called prime kabab on the 17th during the day and they apologised and said a Credit Note would be place on my telephone number £23.97 this can be used for my next order I called yesterday 3rd feb to place my order using my credit note bearing in mind this had been taken out of my bank account on the 16th January I was informed that I had to speak with the day manager as he sorted this out and to call him today on the 4th February I called and was informed that the manager was not in but the owner would be in after 5pm Tonight I waited and called The manager who spoke with me was the manager who told me to call the day manager He was highly verbally abusive over the telephone told me not to call them Again I stated to him that they had Charged me money for food that was not fit To eat As Ordered two hours previously I was informed That I would have a credit note I said I was informed That the owner would be in today after 5 pm and he just shouted at me and told me to never call them again and the owner was not in I would like to put a resolution to this as we have used prime kababs for years and feel frustrated that the a member of staff (manager) can treat a continuous customer in this abusive manor I would like the...

Ordered for delivery... After 1hr food still hadn't arrived, called and Was told due to being the weekend the food will be late but they will ensure its freshly cooked give "30% off just eat voucher for next order".. I tried to be understanding so I accepted the vouchers and waited. when the food arrived (an additional hour later) it was cold and bland. I hadn't noticed at the time but the vouchers were already expired 2 months back in march.
When I called the restaurant up a week later to explain what happened but they claimed there is nothing they can do about the vouchers being expired and I wouldn't be able to get the 30 % discount..
after 20mins of back and fourth, trying to explain that they gave me the ALREADY expired voucher so they should honour it! I gave up...
