Olivers — Restaurant in England

I’ve been a loyal customer of Oliver’s Bakery for years, but I have to say, the recent price increases have been quite shocking. I understand that costs are rising everywhere, but the jump in prices here feels excessive.

A simple loaf of bread or a sausage roll used to be a great value for the quality, but now it feels like you’re paying premium prices for what used to be an affordable treat. The bakery still offers delicious products, and the service remains friendly, but I can’t help but feel that the price hikes are pushing away regular customers.

It’s disappointing because this has always been a go-to place for fresh, quality baked goods, but with these new prices, I might have to reconsider how often I visit. I hope they take customer feedback into account and find a way to balance quality with...

We are a local hospital nearby to Olivers, all of our patients and staff are regular customers for the great sandwichs, lovely cakes and more lovely cakes! Thank you for being so friendly and helpful to us all, always a smile and always happy to make up something if you have sold out. A very heartfelt thank you for your recent generous donations of 8 beautiful big cakes for prizes for our Garden Olympics which took place on a sunny afternoon in the garden as our patients are still under strict lockdown to keep us safe. Patients were able to choose any prize they wanted from the very generous donations from local business for winning certain games, the cakes did not last long! They were very popular. Absolutely Fantastic! I hadnt planned on stopping at Olivers as I'd never been before but happened to pass it as my little boy was getting hungry for lunch. I was so impressed by the selection of cakes and pastries, and the sandwich options were truly premium. My sons chicken mayo sandwich was packed full of filling and absolutely delicious, my husbands sausage rolls were so hot and fresh and my bacon and bre roll was to die for! Thw staff went out of their way to put my roll in the oven for me to slightly toast it and melt the bre and it was absolutely amazing!
