1st time food was great, service was slow, but went back due to food being good The last 3 times food has been really hit and miss throughout our party of five, Last night's service was diabolical, considering we were the only customers in there until 830 when another couple came in. Food wasn't great, we we're told that one dish couldn't be prepared without coriander as this would confuse the chef. 2 Rogan Josh had no flavour only heat, chicken was so tough a knife was required. Naan breads were dry, popodoms were stale. The only staff member out front went to the local shop to buy alcohol when we ordered cider. Ruined our New Years Eve evening. Waited over 2 and and half hours for cold Incorrect order - to be told once they picked up phone, “we are busy, we will sort out another day”. Our children was upset and very hungry and disappointed as was looking forward to take away, owner replied “my children are hungry to, whatever, we are busy.

Would not take calls and ignored us and left us with cold food and took our money.

So disappointed. Stay away from these guys as they clearly don’t care about customers and customer service.

I never post reviews but feel that people should know about the terrible service these guys give if they are busy.

"UPDATE* Thought we'd give them another try, wish we hadn't. Food was painfully slow. Told to pick up in 45 minutes, took double that. Things missing from the order so had to go back. At least we know why they aren't busy anymore.

Visit here quite a lot. Tonight wasn't busy and yet the food took 40 minutes to be ready, no apology, not even a thank you . These days there is a massive choice for food at different restaurants. If you can't even say thank you you won't keep your customers very long. Will think hard if we'll come...
