Metro Peri Peri — Restaurant in England

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The customer service was absolutely unacceptable. I ordered food for a specific time, but it didn’t arrive as promised. When I called 20 minutes after the scheduled delivery time, I was rudely told to “be patient and wait.”

Part of my order finally arrived 45 minutes late, and the rest came another 30 minutes later. When I called to address the issue and explain that my £50 order was incomplete, the response was shockingly rude. Instead of offering an apology or a solution, the person on the phone dismissively told me not to order from them again.( Do not worry I won’t)

To make matters worse, the chicken was dry, and the entire experience was a complete waste of money- this food was ordered for a party. No apology, no effort to resolve the problem, and no respect for their customers. I will never order from this...

Ordered from here and food arrived at 12.40 I rang back at 12.48 because I realised my spicy wings where missing and my order was wrong I asked for no salad both burgers had salad in and sauce which i only asked for sauce in one. The fries where cold and Un seasoned. Burger just about warm and not very tasty chicken seemed hard too. So a hour and 10 mins later after ringing the shop 5 times my spicy wings arrived but I had asked for two cans of coke to be bought also they brand 2 diet cokes and a strawbery miranda. OK. Hardly ever order food but Will not order from here again food was horrible complete waste of my money. How hard is it to cook nice food and check the orders the spicy wings had all brown bit's in......

Awful! After an hour I called up. Only to be told sorry it's taken so long because they had to make the pizza dough. It will be 20 mins. 30 mins later they called me to ask if I wanted piri piri salt on the chips.... I don't really care at this point. Where's my food!? They said sorry again. It's coming now. And they would give me some wedges etc as an apology. Anyone would have thought it was a Friday night and they were actually busy! It's tuesday! We waited a total of 2hours and 10 mins!
