Popins Café — Restaurant in England

No frills, honest food. So we have shied away from this place for years, mainly because the decor is not very inviting. Once you're in it, you kinda understand that perhaps that's what keep bringing their clients back. The service was topnotch, friendly, inviting and attentive 10/10. The food itself.... Ok... It is what it is with Poppins, it's not food to blow your mind, it's just food, like I said, simple honest food. The food that you get when you visit your nan or a relative. Does this place need a makeover? Yes! but perhaps it works the way it does because it hasn't done that and I hope it doesn't change, I like it...

This place has been here as long as I can remember. And from what I can remember, it hasn't changed much if at all over the years, but that's a good thing.

They've got quite a big menu and an all day breakfast menu. The prices are reasonable too.

Myself and my friend popped on here for lunch. We sat down and a waitress named Ellie came to take our order and within 5 mins. She was polite and helpful. I ordered a Lemonade and my friend had a cup of tea. We then ordered two breakfasts. Hot, fresh and delicious. A good sized plate of food well worth trying. Clean and tidy. We left full and happy.
