Fresco / doner kebab uk — Restaurant in England

This is a 1 star restaurant. We came here as a family after spending a whole day at the beach and looking for something halal to eat. We had a lovely time but this restaurant ruined our night. Avoid at all costs, firstly the food is old and greasy, cold with no flavour. And if that wasn't bad enough the service is appalling the guy will kick you out for any reason at all (read his responses to the reviews) we got kicked out because some of us went to go get a subway (yes the food is that bad) whilst our other family members were eating in here and we joined them in the restaurant and the guy got so angry he wouldn't stop shouting at my husband for 5 minutes straight even though my husband offered to buy more food from him. Apparently it was unfair to bring food in from other places? Even if we buy food from the restaurant? How is it fair that we got ripped off and spent 50 pound on some cold greasy kebabs and then get kicked out for having audacity to eat with family. I absolutely refused to buy anything more and just left to eat on a bench outside....

Awful service, waited 2 hours and the food never turned up, tried to call for an update and kept getting notified the line was busy, can only imagine they're either inundated with angry customers wondering where their food is or the driver has been attacked by a group of rabid badgers on the way, and I find the latter highly unlikely. Only gave one star as 0 wasn't an option, piss poor service and will not be using them again.

Edit: After almost 3 hours of waiting, our food arrived. Unfortunately, so did the previously mentioned badgers. I was jumped by a small family of them as I made the daring journey to the end of the road as the driver could not find the house. They came hard and fast and caught me completely off guard, managing to get a hold of my chips before I could beat them off with a conveniently placed stick on the side of the road. Anyway, food was lukewarm and really not worth the...

Poor!! Ordered food at 3am, waited for there order time of 3.40am, no food arrived... 3.50am, I phoned them up and had the man yelling at me telling me that he left the food out on my door step as I never answered my door and it was locked after the supposed note I had left (which I never put any note on), only for me to finally tell him to listen to me, and telling him that was not my order repeatedly, after he finally realized his mistake he said that they never made our food and it wasnt delivered as they could t get ahold of us! Never in the history of ordering online have I ever had to get a call to get my food made! I then handed the phone to my house mate/friend as I had to take care of some thing and he was extremely rude to her, to the point of it was not worth our time anymore. I used to like fresco's but will never go again from the disrespect of another...
