Porto Pizza — Restaurant in England

Visited on sun evening 7.01.2024. Horrible rude scruffy man served us, more interested in walking up & down playing on his phone Ordered 2 donner & chicken kebabs, didn’t even put in the pitta bread that was just thrown in the bag separate, the salad was sloppy & big chunks of white cabbage core in it. The chicken was like fillets but cheap & had stringy sinewy bits in it. Chips tasted like old grease. The man cooking it looked like himself & his clothes needed a good wash & he wasn’t much better in manners when handing it to us. Spent £24.00 & it was disgusting, only ate a bit because we were hungry, all went in bin & guts were rolling all night…….never again! Went there 2 years ago & it was ok then………a worker in the Indian next door said it had changed owners & they had had a problem too with a food order...

Place was quiet for a Saturday night and after the service i received i understood why. I ordered a pizza nothing else. While waiting the only other customer was complaining about their order she was missing a pizza. The lady eventually got hers. As i had been waiting over 30 minutes i enquired about my order to be told it hadn't been made and rudely given my money back no apology no explanation not even a chance to wait for a new order. It looked like the lady had been given my pizza to stop her complaining. I spoke to a few locals while at another take away and they confirmed my suspicions. So i won't be back to...

It Can Be Dreadful At Times, The Chips Is Basically More Of Box They Come In, Cardboard. Their Pizza's Are Soggy, Too Cheesy, Greasy, And Taste Like A Rotten Piece Of Bread That Has Been It Freezer For A Year.
