Pret A Manger — Restaurant in England

Visited 17-03-19. Bought several items but I had the Wiltshire cured ham & Swedish Greve cheese on baguette with mixed salad. Overall it was a 7/10. The Ham was the disappointment, in that it was undetectable as a taste in the baguette. By itself the ham was subtly sweet with a slight saltiness - lovely. The baguette had a great bite & chew and the Cheese had a good mild creamy flavour that worked well with the mustard mayo. So afterwards I felt a bit cheated as it was as if I didn't get what I paid for.

5 stars for everything except management. I don't write reviews often but this took the cake, what i noticed was the manager consistently micromanaging the employees and staring around like a CCTV.

The better half of 2 dacades ago I was once a barista in Italy, if I had been told how to do my job like that I would have got up and left! Frankly, this is not how you manage your employees. One thing that I hate in this industry is micromanagers.
