We came looking for halal food at lakeside and this one was affordable AND super yummy, I personally can't take too much spice but im ok with it so I got medium spice Thai fried rice with prawns and it was perfecttt, I don't think I've ever had such succulent prawns in my life. My dad got the pad thai(meat) and as a South asian girl this is even spicier than normal food at home for us💀 he was dying but really enjoyed it 🤣🤣 I would recommend getting the pad thai with chicken instead though. The servings are really worth your money, also the service was immaculate aswell, we asked what should we get as we've never had thai food before and me and my family were all happy with what we got 😊.

This place used to be great about a year ago but has quickly gone downhill and every time I go there it gets worse and worse but the price seems to always go up. Yesterday was probably the worst and made up my mind that I will not be going back. I had the general Thai, which is my go-to choice from here but it was so incredibly dry and lacked any sort of flavour. The chicken was like puffy balls of air and the rice/vegetables were not cooked properly/dry. I used to love going here and over the course of the year it’s risen from about £8 to £10.
