The queue to purchase tickets for the Blackpool Tower Eye wasn't too long and was very reasonably priced as it also includes a 4D Experience. The 4D Experience was incredible, and well presented prior to going up the tower. The queue for the lift was also pretty quick, the guys manning the doors at the bottom today were very funny and spoke to everyone before they got in the lift. The guys inside the lifts will answer any questions and are very quick at answering everything. They definitely know their stuff. Views from the top were amazing, we definitely picked a good day for it. We did have a slight blunder while up the tower due to an absolute crazy woman (complete stranger) who thought it was okay to put a straw in her mouth, blow off the wrapper and then try and stick the same straw back into my child's mouth. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. We informed a member of staff who then radio the manager and a couple of other members of staff. They came up to the top of the tower very quickly to investigate what had happened and had security waiting for the woman at the bottom. If the 2 female members of staff read this, we'd like to thank you for fully checking out the situation for us. It's bizarre that anyone would do that to someone elses child.

Unleash your screams (and laughter!) at the Blackpool Tower Dungeon. This isn't your dusty history museum. Prepare for a 60-minute, 10-show spectacular that brings Lancashire's dark past to life. Imagine walking through full-on 360° sets, encountering costumed actors who'll have you both laughing and recoiling. Experience the Bubonic Plague firsthand (well, almost!), come face-to-face with a notorious torture master, and even hear the chilling legend of Meg Shelton, the infamous witch. But it's not all scares and groans! Get ready for some hilarious moments too. The Dungeon blends historical thrills with witty humor, making it perfect for families (with teenagers or brave younger kids). The highlight? A heart-stopping drop ride that'll leave you breathless (in a good way, hopefully!). So, if you're looking for a unique and unforgettable experience in Blackpool, step into the shadows of the Blackpool Tower Dungeon. Just remember, history can be a little bit scary...and a whole lot of fun! 🤩 Great 😊 experience

I have been multiple times to Blackpool dungeon, however today was the first time I've visited for Halloween. It was extremely busy when I arrived, but the queue went down quite quickly. I always feel like the actors won't live up to their full potential when there are younger kids, but they all did fantastic (as always). The first actor had me literally laughing tears, he was hilarious. The dungeon is fantastic, a mix of comedy with a few jumps, suitable for all ages and I will never get bored of this place. The reason for the 4 stars was because, I used the app to book tickets and we decided to buy a drink for £4 as a nice way to end the dungeon. When we arrived at the Red Lion, I quickly realised that it was beneficial if you wanted an alcoholic beverage. I was driving so I ordered 2 orange juices which didn't cover the cost of 1 drink token. It would be ideal to mention this on your website. Overall, i had a brilliant time and it is definitely great value for money.

Absolutely amazing. The Christmas Scrooge scene was honestly brilliant, the actors in this scene were great! One character did keep breaking his character at the end of the show, but apart from that it was absolutely awesome. All the scare actors are hilarious and so fun. The smells, visuals are brilliant. And it has just the right amount of scare! The photos are a little bit expensive, but worth paying. The only thing I would say is characters should always keep in character, it was only one who didn’t. And the teddies in the shop are really really overpriced. I really did want one but the price was too expensive. £20 for a teddy is quite unreasonable. And the lady seemed unhappy who was serving in the bar. But, it was such an amazing experience & I recommended it to my family.

Fun experience! No photos of the inside due to no talkie devices being allowed which is understandable as it would spoil the fun if you knew what you're about to endure! The kids enjoyed it although nervous in some parts however we found the actors were aware of the kids being there and left them be and chose other adults to participate. I needed the toilet during this experience and upon asking an actor they took me to them and brought me back into the next room where I was able to participate again... cannot thank the staff enough for being accommodating for this. Would highly recommend for a good laugh and a little scare! The ride at the end was fun and we came into a gift shop/bar where we had some down time after a thrilling experience!!!
