Raffles Bar And Lounge — Restaurant in England

Went out to lunch on a Monday. Booked the table for 12 noon. We were the second to order in the bistro from what I could tell. Ordered our lunch by 12:15 at the bar. Waitresses took our drinks order at our table but not the food. It then took 50 minutes for the food to arrive. When it did the chicken and bacon on my dad club sandwich was dry. The chips were overcooked and not hot. My mother's (wild mushroom arancini) was bland, dry and lacking flavour and my sons burger was greasy with again chips overcooked and not hot.
