Riccardo`s Pizzeria — Restaurant in England

DO NOT GO USE THIS TAKEAWAY AVOID AT ALL COSTS! YOU WILL REGRET USING ! We ordered a takeaway last night, waited half an hour to then receive a phone call explaining the order was cancelled. No explanation, no choice in the matter etc. I called Riccardo's back myself and spoke to the gentlemen who answered the call. I tried to explain who I was and was cut off immediately when he barked, "what's your address" I told him and he said yes your order has been cancelled. Again no explanation, I asked why. He stated they cannot accomodate my changes top three order. I have allergies do have to often make slight amendments. I explained we have used A and B pizza and grill who have the exact same order and deliver to us with no issues. Competing the changes I make every time! He very rudely answered, "you haven't ordered from A and B, this is Riccardo's!" As if I was stupid? I tried to resolve the issue by asking could you not have called me and told me as soon as we placed the order and I would have helped change it so we could have still had a takeaway from you. The answer was a very blunt no! I tired yet again to ask what we could do to help the situation and he was such an abusive and aggressive man I told him he was very rude. He ended the call suddenly by saying "goodbye" and hanging up on me!!!! Avoid them at all costs, it's just not worth it, there are so many other better takeaways out there! Choose them, avoid Riccardo's!!! Very upsetting all round! Hugely dissapointed and I will not be keeping quiet about this,...

Really disappointed with the customer service tonight, I regularly order 4 pieces of riccardos chicken that will last me two meals, tonight I got sent 4 chicken strips no bone which cost me £6.50, disgusting! We order food at least once every two weeks if not more from this restaurant, in all fairness they have just phoned to apologise saying their guy made a mistake this doesn’t distract from the fact when I rang to complain the guy that answered was very rude saying it was what I ordered which it wasn’t which was later confirmed , he hung up on me , so bad customer service needless to say I won’t be ordering off them again and if you have any sense you...

my food arrived cold. my pizza was incorrect. the chips were soggy and tasted like they had been sat there for ages. when i called to complain and ask for replacements for at least the kebabs. the man on the phone was rude and unpleasant. Did not offer any kind of assistance. He basically told me not to order again. I tried to go through food hub to fix the situation, he was uncooperative with them also. overall i am extremely disappointed with the service i received and will not be using here again nor will i be using food hub as i cant even put a review on there as the restaurant controls the reviews and who sees them....
