Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in England

We regularly visit this particular branch. Yes there is a Starbucks nearer to our house, Yes there are other coffee outlets but it is the staff that keep us coming back. Caprice, David, Mamta, Ellie and Maddie. they are all friendly, polite and make my drink just the way i like it (i am a bit fussy in the way i like it) it is never a problem, and they make it perfect every time (with me having to say it all). Another reason is, I sometimes take some young children in there occasionally for a treat. the staff mentioned above ALWAYS acknowledge them, to the point the children ask for a high five and are on first name terms with David and "creese" (one cant say caprice) I gave 4 /5 stars for food. this is to do with the price - a tad expensive but that isn't down...

Have been probably 4 times now. Every time I've been the drinks have been subpar, I don't think the staff were given proper training in making the drinks. The Starbucks on London road is always spot on and other Starbucks I've been to have always been fine so it's definitely this store that has an issue. I think they've forgotten the syrups 2 times and the other 2 times just mixed it wrong or something, tastes burnt and very little syrup.

The staff are nothing to shout about with regards to customer service, fine but not overly friendly.

This location would be fantastic otherwise, been waiting for a drive thru Starbucks in Wellingborough for years!...

Getting worse every time now. Staff REALLY don’t care. Dirty, and un-stocked every time so I guess the managers or franchisees are determined to cut costs. Single person on shift so of course the “washing machine” doesn’t work because they can’t do everything. Ends up costing the franchise more in cups, bags etc

Nice set up with plenty of relaxed seating. Comfortable and easy going place. Lots of people clearly come as groups to sit and chat.

Coffee and food is as expected from Starbucks and service is adequate.

Still a bit hit or miss and still suffers at the weekend from tables not being cleared even if...
