Visited on Sunday 29th September. Went inside as wanted to sit down and enjoy a coffee and check out the new Greggs. Had the misfortune of being served by the undelightful Zuza*!! I asked for a black coffee as i had a code for a free coffee, but said i wanted an extra shot of coffee, along with a bacon roll with brown sauce, so she refers to me as "mate"!! She told me the price of £4.50, which i replied i think that may be incorrect, at this point she went mental and said " dont start being abusive or you can get out, and im getting the supervisor mate" ! I was shocked to say the least at her outburst because i challenged the price and said to her not to call me mate. The Supervisor came over and i explained what happened, and she went over the cost and said i had been overcharged. I then asked her for the area managers contact details to make a complaint about the rude member of staff, to which she refused to give me the name of the rude staff member and said she would handle the complaint. I told her that was not good enough, but she insisted she dealt with all the complaints. I immediately contacted the Head office and the complaint was dealt with very professionally and promptly. The tables were not cleared, the bins were overflowing outside and this was at 9:20 in the morning. Shocking rude behaviour by both staff members who need to find another career path or be totally retrained. Please see photos of the delightful staff members. Read moreI have a lot of sympathy for the staff here but there seems to be a major issue in the way resource is allocated. I waited for at least 10 minutes at the drive through until I eventually gave up and went in. Went I walk out 10 minutes later again I still wouldn't have made it through the queue. You could argue that it's lunch time but even at 8 o clock in the morning the drive through seems slower than it should be. In addition to this I've also had to wait for Coco and collect orders. I put an Uber Eats pick up order on for a single breakfast sandwich because I didn't have cash to order directly but I did have Uber credits. Your staff member decided to laugh and poke fun at my order, which wasn't appreciated. Your staff don't have any customer service skills.
