Went there today with my partner and took our dog like we always do as you can give your dog a cup of cream.i sat down with the dog while my partner ordered the drinks After nearly 25 min waite as even more customers was waiting even longer as the staff did not seem to know what to do with each order.there was 7 other dogs in the stsrbucks other dogs where starting to bark and yelp making a noise. A male staff member under 30 years old shouted out about 50feet away from me to get your dog out as it was barking loud .he did not come up to me face to face to say this to me but to be shouted at in from of another 8 tables with customers on there Was so unprofessional and very humiliating to me .I was shocked as only my self got told to go out.if that's the way you treat a customer who has being coming there for over 2 years you can now say I will not be coming back there ever again .if you want a dog friendly place to have a drink you will get a few gigs barking .you need staff to treat your customers with a little respect with out our custom you have no one spending our hard earned money which goes to pay there wages .already told 20 customers my friends what you did today and they will not come in there again would retrain your staff better to do the job there supposed to not humiliate ...
Read moreHave used this facility on many occasions but I think the staff have changed recently and will never use them again! I bought 2 coffees to takeout which cost just over £11! Both were not fit for consumption! I did take one back after tasting it when I got to my car. The young blonde girl that made them was at the counter. I said that the drink was overpowered by the pumpkin and it was bright orange and I thought she must have put too much pumpkin in the drink she told me she hadn’t. She offered to add more oat milk which she did. I tasted it and there wasn’t any difference it was still way too strong. She told me to stir it which I did for the second time still no difference. I was then told to use a straw to drink it out of even though it had a sippy lid as I was just getting the cream on the top. To be fair the cream had practically gone by this point. Again still no difference. I was given the most disgruntled look I have seen in a long time even better than my own children’s. She reluctantly offered to remake the drink but at this point I declined and walked out I wasn’t being treat or spoken to like that I just said I would never buy coffee in there again! I would add the picture of the neon orange monstrosity I was served but I can’t see how to...
Read moreJust wanted to compliment the lady who works in this branch with short blondish hair. Not sure of her name, she may be a supervisor or manager. She always goes out of her way to be kind, make conversation and just be nice! I often pop in with my pooch Skippy, and on one occasion last week I went in for a take away and he wasn't with me, she asked were he was and I told her he wasn't feeling well and had a cough, so she offered and made me a pup cup to take back home for him!! (Which are his favourite) Later on that day I came back in again, she remembered and asked how he was after making my coffee. Iv often seen her come off her break to help the other team members out if they get busy, she literally never stops. It really makes a difference when a staff member just goes that extra mile, particularly with the customers, it can make so much difference to their day. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves from an area/regional manager. Always makes a spot on...
