Subway — Restaurant in England

This restaurant has a lot of timing issues with this branch i have ordered 20:30 and the staff came and says we have closed dine in,why do you not put a clear notification for customers some times your app does not accept orders and sometimes your staff is rude and i will never visit this branch again owner or franchise owner has to pay attention for this,first time was ok but this time i will never entertain any more,staff says they closes dine in 20:00 and there is no such information given while ordering food ,while i take and sit on table staff comes and says sorry we are closed dine in 20:00 this is so rude and horrendous to customer i had previously email conversation with owner and this time i am sorry but subway Cambridge close aylesbury is...

Visited this subway and ordered a pot of meatballs for my small daughter. The total was £1.99 and I paid with a £5 note. The lady serving me proceeded to feel my money. Turn it over. Then turn it over again. Held it in the light. And compare it with the £5 she already has in the till. I told the woman that I no longer wanted the food and to give me my money back. She told me we have to do it mam. I told her no. This is bad practice in front of the customer. Train your staff at subway to check money discreetly with either the light or a money pen. All the sandwiches we ordered were good, however we had to ask for a table to be cleaned inspite of us being the only customers in the branch, and there were 3 members of staff who could have ensured there was sufficient seating for customers. The staff were polite enough though. We have previously been turned away from this branch (I think by the manager) as they didn't want to accept card payments as they had already finalised transactions on the card machines.
