Sultan's Kitchen, Bacco Italian, Patisserie Garden and Function Venue — Restaurant in England

We came to this restaurant to celebrate a birthday and ordered a platter for 4, which we thought was enough for 4 people. We ended up with a plate full of rice, which tasted like it was there for a while, a few pieces of chicken wings, 2 pieces of fatty lamb, and other bits of meat, not relevant for 4 people at all, a tasteless salad, and no lemon provided for this, (bread provided only on our request), which we found it annoying. When I asked about the clarity of the platter, I was told that “the plate is bigger and we get more rice in it, and other irrelevant excuses”. Towards the end, in an attempt to sweeten the situation the waitress brought us 4 pieces of dried baklavas, probably been there for a while, as well which were not and didn't look at all fresh. Overall, the service was poor, the food wasn’t well cooked and missed lots of other bits, the members of the staff were playing backgammon on the premises, exposing themselves to the customers, and showed no interest in making the place more friendly, considering it was just us in the restaurant, the waitress was just trying to hide how badly she wanted to go home, she had no interest in serving us but realised we weren’t happy with the whole situation. In conclusion, we will not be going any time soon and it is a shame because there are not too many options in this town to go to. The management has failed in this business and they should display pictures in the menu so the customers can see what they order and can make...

First time visiting Sultan's Kitchen :)

Took my 5 year old for lunch, had an amazing experience from start to finish. Received by a wonderful waitress Augusta who thoughtfully seated us and asked our preference. Ordered beef burger from the kids menu which my son loved! Who is a fussy eater so happy days.

I ordered hummus with butterfly breaded prawns which went down a treat, along with some amazing starters - Kisir, Cacik & Baba Ganoush along with Orange & Mango juice.

The decor and setting was beautiful. Cutlery was super clean and sparkling which is a bonus these days!

A special thanks to Michael and Augusta who made this experience so lovely for me and my son. Augusta was a breath of fresh air as waiter/waitresses are not warming or welcoming these days and she tended to everything. Very kindly packed the food we couldn't finish aswell. Thanks Augusta! You are doing a fabulous job :)

beautiful experience .... we hired the restaurant for my daughter 1st birthday, the staff were very helpful and professional ....they gave us 2 floors to fit 200 peoples....the food was good and they have a big stage that you can decorate in the way you want ....it was big enough for a magician performance the service was really good and they provided us with everything we need . Thank you so much Sultan's kitchen for making my daughter's 1st...
