The Coffee House Macclesfield — Restaurant in England

I had never been but had the chance to sample some food on a no waste food app. I've given them a star for having the initiative to go on the app, well done, environment points there! However, the vegan cheese and onion toastie was beyond disappointing. With one thin slice of cheese and a a few little onion bits. Picture attached. The cheese was already hardening and curling at the ends too. The cinnamon buns were rock hard (the app gets you things they can't sell past that day not things that are already stale) and didn't even soften up in the microwave. Service given functional.

Unfortunately this means I will not be visiting the coffee...

My daughter and I called in yesterday for drinks and bite to eat.

I ordered a tea at time of ordering was not asked whether I wanted skimmed it full fat milk. The member of staff picked up a jug and went to give me full fat I had to interrupt and ask for skimmed.

Once I had my drinks I had to check with staff about the tea cake ordered and was told it would be brought to our table. After waiting a while I saw a member of staff walking around with food which included mine. At our local Coffee House they provide you with a number to place on the table...

I recently visited The Coffee House in Macclesfield, and I was really impressed. It has warm, modern décor and plenty of comfortable seating. I noticed right away how spotless everything was which made it such a pleasant place to relax. The team were incredibly friendly and helpful, always offering great service with a smile. The coffee was excellent, and the food tasted delicious. I felt genuinely looked after. It’s a great place that serves high-quality coffee and has fantastic customer care. I’d definitely recommend...
