Excellent service Me and my wife was the first customers there Before anyone else had woken up lol Such a friendly service and so welcoming and homely, was bloody freezing early in the morning But we was welcomed in and kept warm whale being served, thankyou for being so kind. The food was delicious. The sausage rolls were so so nice. Better than Greg’s lol And the pasty’s also so scummy. Actually it’s probably the best bakery we’ve been to in about 20 years. So authentic and with fresh good ingredients. We will “definitely” go there again Thankyou again for being so kind and helpful 😀

As were in Cornwall we had a hankering for proper Cornish pasties for lunch and our eldest had expressed an interest in trying one as well. Fortunately for us, someone from The Cornish Bakery was outside with free samples as we passed allowing our eldest to get a taste. She loved it so we bought a couple of large pasties for us and a couple of small ones for the kids. Not long out of the oven they were nice and hot and tasted fabulous. Definitely our go to place for pasties next time we are in Mevagissey.

Great Cornish Pie that we ever been try. You are very nice service. After we come home and look to the photo that show in front of the shop, I just see you make goodbye sign to us through the window. Sorry for did not answer your sign immediately. Next time if we been Cornwall, we will meet you again. You are No.1 for me.

I rode my bike down to Mevagissey today to celebrate the end of the British monsoon season. I thought the views and scenery were most spectacular. That was until I discovered this wonderful little gem of a bakery just set back slightly from the harbour. I could tell something good was going on as there was a bustle of customers leaving with big smiles clutching their prized paper bags of freshly baked delights and cups of steaming coffee were filling the air with tantalising aromas that made my stomach grumble and my mouth water. Once I got to the front of the queue I was met by a cheery little bearded chap who greeted me with a broad grin and sing song Cornish welcome. I was just amazed at the fantastic selection of delicious treats beautifully displayed in front of me. I settled for a coffee to go, but then the manager, a tall beautiful woman with the most enchanting accent (might be Australian?) encouraged me to try the Steak and Stilton pasty. I parted with a surprisingly small amount of currency and left with the staff waving and smiling enthusiastically and wishing me a good day. Well I have to say the Pasty and Coffee were delicious I certainly was not disappointed. With my hunger sated I returned to drop off my rubbish in their bin only to receive a warm hug and and another fond farewell (from the woman, not the little bearded chap who was grinning behind the counter but I wouldn’t have minded). I definitely recommend a visit to this amazing Bakery and it’s friendly staff, and if you don’t know what’s in a traditional pasty the team were more than happy to explain the ingredients for me. 10/10...
