The Food Shop — Restaurant in England

I remember yrs ago when I lived in Hornsea buying a large pork pie from this shop for christmas....today after moving away from Hornsea I went bk to this shop.

The shop has moved since I was last hear. Today March (23) I was served by a lovely, lady called Jenny, the shop was spotlessly clean, bright n airy. I just had to have a pork pie, along side home made cakes n pastries. WOW....The porkpie...is the Best pork pie still, lean succulent pork surrounded by beautifull tasting jelly encased in bang on crusted pastry....wow! The cakes..apple pie, custard, scone etc. Perfection! THANK YOU..UR THE BEST! 5 STARS...MORE LIKE 50!!!!! Respect to all concerned....

Great produce, much is made fresh on site. Everything seemed very hygiene conscious with only 2 allowed inside at a time, and even the packaged goods were of a better quality. Home made goods were very reasonably priced for the standard. I can vouch for the sandwich baguettes, the quiche, the flapjack and the scones (they come with little packets of butter, jam and clotted cream), all that was under £8 and there was enough for all day long. There were many more options and an interesting butchers...

Traditional butchers 👍👍👍 Offers offers offers! Look for the offers! This one was 2 Sirloin steaks for £10! Hell yeah! They were amazing! Probably the best flapjack, moist raspberry and white chocolate, EVER! OMG ! It's all made on site, pork pies, sausage rolls, meat pies. Not surprised that it was non stop business in there.
