Yummie Pizza — Restaurant in England

I am a regular customer of Yummie Pizza and have until now been more than content with the service and the food that we have been provided with, apart from a couple of orders that have been slightly overcooked for my liking the food is tasty and good value for money. However, the service and incompetence that we have received for tonights order has been nothing but 3rd rate at best. The food was delivered to the wrong address then collected from the wrong address and decided to deliver the same food now cold and half hour late to us without even the slightest hint of an apology, this is amid the whole Covid19 no contact worry.,and 15min After a complaint I received a feeble apology and the offer of an extra item on my next order without offering to rectify tonights mess, but after having to express my disdain I was offered a replacement. Sorted so I thought..and hour passed still no food so I called for the 3rd time to ask how much longer we would have to wait for our order, only to be informed that there is no further order or replacement. 2HOURS and I have to reorder my food, and 15min later I get what I paid for in the first place a hot pizza, but the whole thing left a bitter taste in my mouth has made me lose my appetite. May be a one off - hopefully, But terrible experience at Yummies at the bottom of Elm Grove this evening. Asked for a pepperoni pizza Used the selection of boxes on display on the counter to confirm size and paid with contactless As pizza was being put through oven, mobile prompt displayed the £12.99 charge I queried the price as a menu on the wall stated £5.99 (with a crossed out 5 and a replacement 6). I was told that I accepted a 'passion'.... there's a word I ain't heard in a while. Absolutely fuming with this place ordered food and payed for extras and when delivered nothing I ordered extra had been placed on my pizza also my curly fries were not cooked properly and when calling store to get problems rectified I was spoken to in a poorly manner and they didn't want to help at first until I told them about the customer code off conduct and how that it Being there fault and taking money for which they hadn't given the correct product that they were by law in the wrong for them to finally agree to come bring my money and take the food back but when delivery driver arrived to pay back money tried to argue and refuse to pay it back finally after I have had to get to the point off shouting at him which I didn't not want to do!!
