Unfortunately I’ve had a bad experience, I tried to sort my issue out directly with them sending pictures and emails but they can’t help, I spent £75 on a cake and was very disappointed and to my embarrassment so were my 20 guest ! The cake was very stale and the sponge was tough / harden ! Tasted like it was a week old ! Everyone couldn’t believe the quality I got for £75 they said I should contact them which I did and they can only help if I returned the cake , how ridiculous as it was cut up , spat out and thrown ! I’ll stick to m&s as there always moist just gutted with my experience,looks like I’m not the only one who was served stale cake😡 EDIT reply- I leave bad reviews on companies that have wasted my time and money so it doesn’t happen to anyone else ! You offered me 20% off my next order!!! Not only have I wasted £75 but you want me to spend Korean you can keep making excuses but there are lots of people that have received stale cakes ! A review from the heart for one of the loveliest businesses I've had the pleasure of working with! I ordered the tall vegan lotus/biscoff gold cake for my wedding day and it was PHENOMENAL! I also ordered the vegan brownies which were so delicious I nearly ate them all myself. Support small businesses, because the care, attention to detail and love that is poured into the work is what makes everything so special!

Without going into a long story, things were quite comically going wrong before my wedding day. It was the day before and I was picking up my cake, but due to an overseas order error it wasn't in the shop for pick-up. Here comes the best part, the ladies working at the shop were on the phone helping me to figure it out. Before I knew it I was where the magic happens (the big kitchen) and meeting Will and Gemma. They not only had my stunning cake ready to go, they spent time to chat to me and reassure me that "things go wrong in the dress rehearsal, so everything can go right on the day". If the review was on cakes alone I would give 4/5 stars but unfortunately one member of staff really left a bitter taste for me.

We were a larger group of people, when we walked in we asked if it was ok given there was quite a few of us and we were told that’s fine. However one young lady decided she would huff and roll her eyes when we sat down. Then when we ordered she was really rude to the member of the group ordering and we saw her roll her eyes and pull a face when she walked away. We then could also quite clearly see her in the back room talking about us to another member.

No idea why us being there was such an issue, we spent money, were very polite and were not bothersome what so ever.
