1st time here and last, egg fried rice very dry and about 2 eggs in it, chow mein swimming in grease, salt and chilli chicken tasted like it was cooked yesterday, ribs drier than Jimmy carrs sense of humour, chips like cardboard, chicken balls just about cooked so binned them, bbq sauce like water and tasteless, sweet and sour sauce water like and tasteless and prawn crackers were stale, you couldn't have done a worse job if you tried, I won't ever use again and I'd advise anyone else not too either, how it has a 4.5 rating Is beyond me they must be rating themselves in my opinion. So tonight we thought we would try a new chinese restaurant and as the reviews were really good and 5 star we thought this would be a good one. Man was I WRONG!!! Our food turned up 45 minutes late, freezing cold, wrong food and the lid had come off the sauce which had leaked in the bag. I call to complain and ask for new food to be told we can have a credit note, I asked for a refund to be told no one is on shift who can do that for me, I asked for replacement to be told he can't leave the shop. Very disappointed with our meal from here tonight. Disgusting greasy food, chicken balls lifeless and soft, spring roll swimming, noodles were more grease than noodles and not hot. Menu offers option of noodles or vermicelli so ordered noodles and vermicelli arrived, why offer it if you are not going to listen.
