I recently had the pleasure of indulging in a morning feast at Brody's, an all-you-can-eat breakfast restaurant that offers an exceptional buffet spread and an impressive array of beverages, all thoughtfully included in the price.
Brody's provides a warm and inviting ambiance that sets the stage for a relaxed breakfast outing. The rustic decor and soothing background music create a comfortable atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a leisurely meal, the addition of toasters on tables is also a very nice touch and meant i can toast my own bread exactly the way I like it!
The service strikes a wonderful balance between being warm and welcoming while not intruding on your dining experience. The staff was attentive without hovering, ready to assist when needed, and knowledgeable about the offerings.
The real star of the show at Brody's is undoubtedly the food. The all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet is a true culinary treasure trove. From perfectly and well-presented full English buffer, crispy waffles to an assortment of fresh breads, spreads and wide assortment of toppings meant my every breakfast craving was catered to. The variety and quality of the food are simply outstanding.
A wide range of hot and cold beverages, from coffee and tea to juices and soft drinks, is available at no extra cost. This thoughtful addition adds incredible value to the dining experience, ensuring you can pair your meal with your beverage of choice.
Speaking of value, Brody's is an absolute steal. Considering the high-quality breakfast offerings and the inclusion of a diverse beverage selection, the price is exceptional.

Read moreOne of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a food place. It was my first time in Exeter and my mother and I decided to stop for some breakfast. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by a very friendly young man who explained how everything worked to us and let us look around before deciding what we wanted.
I was then greeted to a buffet of hot breakfast foods, all tasted delicious - fresh and seasoned, you could tell it was quality stuff. The bread was also fresh and beautiful, especially when you could pop it in a toaster that was located on one of your tables. I also had another man very attentively continue to ask me if I needed any help and if I was having a good experience which I greatly appreciated. He went on to help me make my waffle and we chatted a bit - I felt like I wasn’t talking to someone who worked there at all but a good friend.
All of this for less than £10 for unlimited food and then my mum got unlimited drinks for 2.50 which included hot drinks and fresh cold glasses of juice and soda.
As my first experience of Exeter this was an amazing start. I will definitely be frequenting this place when I move up for university. Major props not only for the great price value and fresh foods but the attentive, friendly employees who you could tell loved their jobs and giving the guests a warm experience.
Would give more than 5 starts if I...
Read moreI was at the Exeter branch yesterday 31.08.24 when this poor man was asked to leave because his baby was upset crying (see review by the gentleman himself who it happened to, on Brody’s Facebook page) How the lady, whose son is the manager 😳 behaved was absolutely disgusting. To actually have the audacity to ask a parent to leave the premises because a baby is crying is absolutely beyond me. The poor father needed help with his baby who you could see was upset and this is how you treated him?! Absolutely shameful. What you should have done was offer some compassion, asked if they could make him a drink, help him in ANY WAY but no. You choose to ask him to leave because YOU, said lady whose son is the manager, couldn’t handle the noise of the baby crying. My family won’t be coming back here as I absolutely will not support a business that has no compassion for their customers. Your website says “you should be looking forward to give any assistance or special requirements that the customer wants” Just not when it comes to babies crying, obviously. You could have and should have handled the situation COMPLETELY differently. I hope no parents with children come back to your establishment as you clearly don’t...
